Evan Neely is a DJ / Producer from Pittsburgh, PA performing under the name of Vibrxtions. Currently they are finishing their Music Composition and Conducting degree from Carnegie Mellon University (originally class of 2019 but after taking a leave of absence is planning on finishing as class of 25') having studied with Nancy Galbraith and Daniel Nesta Curtis.

Evan also works for the IATSE Local #3 Stage Hands Union since 2022.
Evan was the winner of the Carnegie Mellon University Composers Orchestra Competition in 2020 with the performance of Fa Sync Conducted by Daniel Nesta Curtis and Performed by the Carnegie Mellon Philharmonic. View video below to watch.
In the summer of 2018, he studied at the Vienna Summer Music Conducting Festival with Christian Shulz, Simone Pironko, Archie Birkner, Guiseppe Montesano, and Wolfgang Schiedt.
Then after studying with Maestro Balada in Valencia, Spain for Composition in 2018. Since then Evan’s conducted new works premiering titled Regenesis by Ziyu Wang for Compos-it Opera fall 2018. He was in the Ensemble for Scotch n’Soda Theater’s production of Chicago over Carnival weekend 2018. Other productions include Sound Designing Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead, Assistant Music Directing / Accompanist for the Addams Family Values (2017), Legally Blonde (2016).
Evan’s performed in Die Fledermaus by Strauss as Ivan in 2017 and has Assistant Conducted the Magic Flute by Mozart, Roman Fever by Robert Ward and a Filthy Habit by Peter Hilliard under the study of Thomas Douglas. Spring of 2017, Evan had the wonderful opportunity to write an opera titled My Opera Nemesis with Mora Harris performed with CMU’s Contemporary Ensemble and Graduate voice program conducted by Daniel Nesta Curtis at Pittsburgh Opera.
